We don't subscribe to tradition. In an effort to build a more accessible hiring process, resumés aren't required. Instead, we ask you to fill out our hiring questionnaire! A few fun and a few deeper questions to better get at who you are and whether our values fit with each other. Our process is blind, meaning we don't look at names or pronouns until late in the hiring process. We offer phone, video, or in-person interviews so more people can fit it into their schedules. We often ask folx to do 1-3 (paid) stages with us before offering them a job. We ask for this because we're very proud of the team we've built, and it's important to all of us that we continue to keep that good good energy around and make sure we're a good fit for you, too. :)
So you know: we don't always have roles to fill immediately. We do, however, use this form as the first step in our hiring process whenever we're looking to grow our team. We do take the time to read every single questionnaire that comes our way. We don't, however, always have time to respond to each one. Just because you don't hear from us right away doesn't mean you won't hear from us later. We will reach out eventually if and when we're actively looking for someone with your skill set and interests.
